Swing by downtown for a photo with the king’s statue in front of City Hall, and be sure to indulge a bite of history with a peanut butter and banana sandwich at D’Cracked Egg on Troy Street. Celebrate the beginning of Elvis’s musical career at Tupelo Hardware Company, where the young hopeful found his very first guitar.
